Our 4–6 year old program at Oratia Kickboxing & Boxing is designed to help young kids build strong foundations through fun, structured boxing and kickboxing-based activities.
Classes focus on improving:
focus and listening skills
coordination and balance
confidence and body awareness
teamwork and social skills
Each class follows a consistent structure, so kids know what to expect and feel comfortable as they learn:
warm-up games to get moving and engaged
basic boxing and kickboxing movements taught in a simple, age-appropriate way
coordination and focus drills
fun challenges and activities to reinforce learning
We also run a progress-based grading system, which helps track each child’s development over time. Grading is not about pressure or competition — it’s about recognising effort, improvement, and readiness to learn the next skills.
This program is suitable for both beginners and kids with prior experience. Parents are welcome to watch, and our coaches place a strong emphasis on positive reinforcement and clear instruction.
The goal is simple:
to help kids move better, focus better, and enjoy being active in a supportive environment.
A fun, active way for parents and kids to train together! Build coordination, focus, and confidence while learning real boxing skills in a supportive environment. This class keeps kids engaged while giving parents a chance to move, bond, and be part of their child’s progress. No experience needed—just bring energy and have fun! 💪🔥
